End your day with relaxing and calm moments for yourself, your body and your mind. In this guided meditation we will travel with our minds in order to fully relax, calm our minds and create the future of our dreams. Every week there will be a special focus of the meditation. For example: relaxation, accepting the moment, stress release, vision meditation or integrating meaningful habits. You will be guided by my words in each meditation an all you need to do is to enjoy and use your imagination. I'm looking forward to seeing you there.
