Let me help you live a life with purpose, to live your best life. I have been on a spiritual path for a big part of my life. However, growing up in the Dominican Republic, and not having the happiest childhood that many of us wish to have, this path was blurry during my teens and twenties. It wasn’t until 2017, when this path looked clear. I started my divorce process, and there was no other way to go through this painful path than to go deeper into my inner self, to trust the universe, to always be grateful, and to lead my life with love. Therefore, during this period, I turned to meditation, yoga, reiki, and many otherl practices to connect with my true self, and to find some kind of peace, some kind of hope. On this path, I finally found my life purpose: the double mission to be the best version of myself, and to help others to do the same along the way. As well as to love myself deeply, to live with grace, to keep a growth mindset, and to have the courage to live a life with purpose… and to help YOU to do the same. Today, I am a Chopra meditation teacher, a yoga teacher, a motivational speaker, and a life coach. My goal is to help you balance your mind, body and soul by breaking limiting beliefs and keeping a growth mindset, and by helping you connect with your inner self through yoga, meditation, and grace.
