Certified NeuroSystemics CARE Practitioner, USABP, Mindfulness Coach, Trainer, ICF and Yoga Trainer I graduated from the Radio, TV, and Cinema program in the Faculty of Communication at Marmara University in 2005. After working for 11 years in the commercial sector and in a film distribution company, I made a career change to begin teaching yoga and meditation classes. I then trained as a Mindfulness Teacher and Coach. Over time, I became interested in deepening my skills in positive psychology and practices based on nervous system regulation. As a result, I joined the 3-year NeuroSystemics CARE Training Program in 2020. I completed this program in 2023 and am currently continuing my Clinical Mentorship at NeuroSystemics CARE. Throughout the program and beyond, I have participated in numerous CARE 1-1 sessions and Resiliency Circles, furthering my understanding of myself and of communities. One of my goals and intentions is to integrate creative thinking and embrace different possibilities in mindfulness and yoga sessions. As I continue practicing and learning about trauma healing through the NeuroSystemics CARE approach, I am focusing on positive psychology while also welcoming the diverse aspects of our experiences during sessions. My recent training has added many layers to my practice when working with different kinds of people. However, creating a trusted space and holding people in such a circle with awareness, kindness, and compassion are now my primary values. I am currently teaching mindfulness and yoga classes, facilitating group sessions, and providing 1:1 CARE and Mindfulness Coaching sessions. The focus of my 1:1 and group sessions, as well as my yoga classes, varies based on daily mood and needs. Sometimes we discuss topics like art, while other times we explore Dharma or feminine and masculine energies a little bit more. I try to avoid labeling things or discussing concepts before I have fully learned and understood them.
