Group Classes ✅ | Private Sessions ✅ Areas of Work: Adolescents and Adults After completing her primary, secondary, and high school education in Antalya, Bengi Küçük graduated from the Department of Psychology at Istanbul Commerce University. With a scholarship, she continued at the same university and earned her master’s degree in Family Counseling and Education. She was also accepted into the Clinical Psychology (with thesis) master’s program at Gedik University, where she conducted her thesis on “Emotional Eating and Self-Control in Adults.” During her undergraduate studies, she completed internships in various fields, including Antalya Küçük Şeyler Preschool, Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine – Psychiatry Department, and Kadıköy Association for the Visually Impaired in Istanbul. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate education, she contributed to several projects that enriched her professional experience: Served as a family guide in the Small Steps Early Education Program for children with developmental delays organized by Down-Turkey. Worked as an assistant in the Conscious Families, Healthy Generations project by Kültür Kenti Foundation. Took part as an assistant in the Marriage School Project conducted with Üsküdar Municipality. Worked as a coordinator for the Giant Intelligence Games Project carried out in schools in Istanbul’s Kartal district. Facilitated workshops within the Mind the Mind Project, conducting awareness programs to reduce stigma and discrimination toward psychological disorders. In 2017, she presented an academic study at the National Psychiatry Congress titled “The Effect of Indirect Shame on Social Self-Efficacy, General Self-Efficacy, and Anxiety Levels.” In her counseling practice, Bengi Küçük works eclectically, integrating EMDR Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches. She continues to serve the community as a volunteer psychologist in the Youth Park Project of the Middle East Technical University Alumni Association (Antalya Branch).
