                  Being connected to your body sensations is the simplest way to be connected to the present. Join me in this journey of your body sensations, to learn new meditation techniques, to be more focused on the now in your daily life, and to be aware of your physicality not through sight or touch, but through sensing your body. In these 20 minutes, I will teach you how to bring your attention to the body, how to silence the noisy mind, and how to pay attention to sensations that usually move in the background. No special experience in meditation is needed, just curiosity and the desire to experience your body.
