I'm ARYA Esra E. Karaosmanoğlu. My profession is of a lawyer. I would not be exaggerating if I say that I absolutely fell in love with Yoga in 2001. Since my "Hatha Yoga" certificate from my teacher Adnan Ananda Siddhivo Çabuk, one of the pioneers of Yoga who introduced this discipline in Turkey, I have been continuously teaching my passion. In 2016, after getting the "Advanced Spiritual Yoga Instructor" certificate from the Yoga Niketan Ashram in India (Rishikesh), I focused a little more on the philosophy and meditation aspects of Yoga. In 2018, I got the "Yoga Therapy and Yoga Nidra" certificate from Dr. Neslihat İskit, which allowed me to deepen my practice in therapeutic aspects of Yoga. The same year, I obtained the "Ayurveda Basic Education" certificate from Ulli Allmendinger. Ayurveda was my second crush after Yoga, and I have been intensely working on it through individual consultations and public presentations. I am a volunteer servant of the Yoga Foundation since its establishment, the only organization that aims to spread Yoga in Turkey. I was blessed enough to be the author of a book called "The Beginner Yogi's Handbook" that covers Yoga in general and its profound philosophy. My book about Ayurveda titled “The Ayurvedic Journey of the Beginner Yogi” was published in 2021. Every year, I try to go to seclusions and retreats in India, in order to continue the learning from my masters, guides and gurus. I try to share my knowledge of the ancient disciplines of Yoga and Ayurveda in various Yoga, wellness and health festivals. In addition to my legal profession, I continue to teach Yoga and provide Ayurvedic consultations, either face-to-face or through digital platforms.
