I was born in Izmir, Türkiye in 1979 and subsequently  graduated from Izmir Private Turkish Science High School. At the Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry, I completed my master's degree and at Gazi University in Ankara, a doctorate. Fortunate opportunities provided me a research assistantship at the University of Oulu in Finland, and later two specialization study programs of advanced Dentistry at the University of Genova in Italy and the Sofia Faculty of Medicine in Bulgaria. Currently, I continue my profession full-time in my own private dental clinic in İstanbul. Apart from my professional life, I am interested in diving, photography, painting, sculpture, yoga and Sufism. I am a Landmark advance graduate. I am curious to learn foreign languages. I am happily married and the mother of a growing vibrant son. I am a breathing specialist, breath coach and “A Course in Miracles” teacher. I maintain active membership in the Turkish Breathing Federation both at home and abroad. I work specifically with individuals who have jaw joint disorders and snoring difficulties. I offer breathing sessions to individuals of all age groups who cannot receive dental treatment due to dental phobia, anxiety and panic attacks. I would like to share to you some exciting news. I will lead “A Course in Miracles” (ACIM) programme starting in January for one year, which has inspired movie directors, world-famous writers and thinkers, such as Lana and Lilly Wachowski who are the directors of “ The Matrix”, Echart Tolle, Marianne Williamson and Oprah Winfrey. Additionally, group activities for children will be provided at Studio+ online lessons. We will play breathing games to model and practice techniques. We also share breath stories, sing chakra regulating songs and paint together. I provide further individual work for children and adults at the place that will be organized by Studio+. In these studies, I will conduct Human Design analysis, life coaching and breathing analysis by capnography and pulse oximeter, along with preparing a personalized breathing training program. I am here to inspire you to many new ideas, to reveal your power, to connect with your inner self, to remember who you are, and to align with your essence.
