After completing my psychology degree at Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Psychology, I specialize in Clinical Psychology and give therapy online. Until this time, I worked as a Psychological Counselor in a private school for a long time. While continuing my professional life, I also completed the International Society for Schema Therapy approved Schema Therapy training. I am a practitioner of many projective and psychological assessment tests. While using schools such as Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and EMDR in my work with adults; I use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and mindfulness-based schools with children and adolescents. 'Freedom is not given to anyone easily, we have to cultivate it. This is a daily practice. No one can prevent your heightened awareness with every step you take or every breath you take.” Thich Nhat Hanh ̈Meditation particles; It strengthens focus and concentration in our daily lives, and enables us to get out of the autopilot state with awareness. It allows us to slow down in uncertain and busy times, strengthen our connection with ourselves, and consciously manage our emotions and thoughts in stressful times. It enables us to gain clarity within ourselves, thus making better decisions, and also to connect with ourselves from a compassionate place. Most importantly, it allows us to bring real change into our lives. The most beautiful thing I have discovered is that one is not alone. There is a place for everyone in this collective space that we will create. I look forward to seeing you in this space that we have created to enable everyone to get in touch with their own experience, to realize that we are collectively connected to each other and to start taking responsibility for the effects of an investment in ourselves on our entire environment.
