I’ve always liked moving since i was a little girl; i did ballet, and played voleyball as a licensed player in school teams. While i was trying to complete my PhD in marketing in 2016, due to health reasons i started doing yoga becasue i was either doing yoga or move my body or i was going to take some antidepressants. At the beginning, i was doing because it made me feel so relaxed and happy. And the amazing part was that, i could be able to meet myself and could be able to see things clearly. Whatever happens in my daily life was exactly on the yoga mat as well; if i was angry, I was angry at the mat as well. Yoga was not something separete from life, it was a part of life. In 2018 i completed 200 hours hatha teacher training program in Nefess Yoga with Arzu Rezzan Sunam and Yelina Tayfur. My very first aim was to learn deeper. Teaching came afterwards. In 2019, while i was an assistant to the same TT program, i completed Tao Vinyasa and Meditative Approach Program with Ayşegül Denktaş and Kids Yoga Teacher Training Program with Nazlı Aykan. In 2020 I was an assistant of this program. In March 2021, i completed 50 hrs Yin Yoga Teacher Training Program with Asu Somer. Currently, I am a student of mindfulness program that is offered by Zeynep Aksoy and David Cornwell. Since 2018, I offer yoga classes to children ages between 4-12 and adults of every age and every body type. I believe that, once the safe area is provided, anyone and everyone can do yoga regardless of their age, body type or weightThere is no one to compete with, yoga classes are free from competition, therefore in yoga classes i offer an environment in where participants can meet their bodies and theirselves because I believe that every body and every one is unique. I’ve always dreamed of working with children of all ages and by being a kids yoga instructor, I can make my dream come true. At the same time, I support children to protect and improve their creativity and imagination; with fun yoga poses i try to improve their muscles and bodies; and with simple meditation and breath techniques, I help them to balance their nervous system. Stories and games are vital parts of kids yoga classes because with stories and games, children can feel included and have fun at the same time. I believe that yoga is a neverending journey of bonding yourself. With every teaching training program I participated in and with every yoga class I offer, I continue to bond myself in a safe environment. I invite everyone to this journey.
