Clinical and Social Psychologist & Yoga Instructor RYT-500+ She graduated from Hacettepe Department of Psychology in 2003 and then completed her master's degree at the same university on "Irrational relationship Beliefs of Young Adults in Romantic Relationships, Attitudes towards Love and Attachment Styles". She started his professional life in Ankara, then continued to work as a psychologist at Kids Academy. She moved to Istanbul in 2005 and worked in Doğuş Schools group . In 2006, she established her own "Avigen Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy Center". She has been working here as an instructor and psychologist until 2013 and then She started at the Psychology Academy, which she founded, after 2013. She received Holistic Psychotherapy and Schema therapy training and maintains an eclectic approach in her therapies over these two models. Beştav, who is also a yoga teacher, uses an approach that combines yoga and psychotherapy in her training and therapy. By combining different trainings such as meditation, breathing therapy, ayurveda, and nutritional psychology, she organizes special trainings, consultancy and camps for companies and individuals. She works with adults and couples on premarital counseling, couple and family counseling, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, work stress, life stress, nutritional psychology, positive psychology and well-being. She provides in English therapy and trainings. She has worked as a part-time lecturer at universities and continues to teach psychologists in her specialty. Also She continues to work as the Member Development and Activity Director at JCI (Young Entrepreneurs Association) Bahçeşehir. She is interested in yoga, meditation, energy medicine, Eastern culture, esotericism.
