In 2016, I started my coaching journey at CTI (co-active training institute) to understand my own feelings and discover my life purpose. After I became a CTI certificated coach, I continued Gestalt Practicum to practice the reflection of Gestalt theory on the coaching discipline. As of this year, I received the Neuroscience and Transactional Analysis certificates for Professional Coaches from Adler and completed the training and certifications that I find necessary to do the coaching profession professionally and I continue my journey by learning new perspectives to develop my job. The year I started coaching training, I decided that the corporate life that I had been in for 14 years -8 years of it was at Unilever as a sales professional and marketeer- was insufficient for to realize my life purpose and I quit corporate life. In 2017 I attended the ‘’Self Care Academy’’ as a partner and consultant which is internal communication agency led by Cem Mumcu who is one of the best psychiatrists in Turkey. At the Self Care Academy I provided consultancy to companies about corporate culture, understanding employees and cultural transformation projects as well as designing and implementing human-oriented internal communication projects for 3 years. In the meantime, I continued giving individual coaching sessions. After bringing KBA to a successful point in 2020 we transferred it and at that time I returned corporate life again and continued to work as a white collar for 2 more years. At 2022 I started my own brand Perla Coaching and its extension Perla Luna. With Perla Coaching I accompany the journey of white-collar women to discover themselves and their life purposes with strong questions on subjects that I have been working on and familiar with; such as life purpose, self- esteem, self worth in corporate life. With Perla Luna I benefit from my 17 years of marketing& sales experience for my own brand which designs special jewelery products that reminds the concept we call "anchoring" in coaching. In my courses we will look deeply through our life purpose, which will help you see the true self within you by asking powerful questions to ourselves and look at the main reasons behind the emotions you often feel or the actions you take.
