Group Sessions✅, 1-1 Coaching✅ Co-Founder & CEO of Studio Plus, Wellbeing Strategist & Program Curator Defining herself as “a techy wellbeing enthusiast”, Nilay loves to work on anything related to enhance our wellbeing through technology… In her corporate life experience of 15 years, she worked in different sectors and big corporations, with a focus on “actually usable technologies” … She and her team created some award winning usability concepts for employee softwares and she loved every bit of it… In 2019, the journey evolved to combine the 2passions: Technology and wellbeing and she cofounded Studio Plus, the first holistic & interactive mobile wellbeing platform in Europe. Her story in her own words: Coming from an IT background and strong analytical skills; I love to get to the bottom of matters and find/create a structure in everything. I think that's why "human behavior" is my biggest curiosity in this life: I am amazed by how we think/feel/act. It's no coincidence that, during my 20 years of professional life, I am the most happiest now with Studio Plus where I combine my love for technology with my passion to learn more about our psyche and being. Apart from this, I define myself as a constant learner. I love to learn & share. And just like putting the pieces of a puzzle together, I love curating as a form of creation (at work, in daily life, in arts...everywhere).
