My name is Sezin Çağlayan. After completion of my high school education on science, I successfully completed Industrial Engineering license degree in Çankaya University. It was a big challenge to start my career life by giving private English lessons during my university years. In 2005, I started working on marketing in a corporate company. In order for enhancing my engineering education in managerial aspect, I settled in London and got my business management diploma in credits. Right after, my internship in a language school started. My success during the internship term, brought me to a payed job in marketing area. Synchronously, I started up a business in turism area and for 3 years organized educational and cultural tours in London. After completing the projects I have been working on, I came back to Turkey in 2010 and started to work for educational consultancy company. Between 2012-2017, within Koç Holding I got a chance to get experience in human resources, corporate relations apart from marketing studies. It was a very big opportunity for me to give training on employee loyalty approximately to 2.000 personnel within the company. I got my trainer proficiency from the academies that have international validity. My specialty and passion field is; the relationships of human, animal, and nature in between and take in hand each in its entirety. Since 2017, I have been giving trainings and seminars. My mission is being conduce to a universal awakening.
