Eye area yoga and exercises are skin exercises where we work on the area around the eyes of our skin, which loses its elasticity over time due to many factors such as aging, facial expression intensity, the effect of gravity, nutrition and water consumption. It is a very effective exercise, especially against lateral canthal lines which usually known as crow's feet wrinkles, eyebrows drooping on the eyelids, fatigue marks under the eyes and dark circles under eyes caused by fatigue. With eye area exercises, the distance between the eyebrows and eyes increases noticeably, the expression changes, the blood flow around the eyes increases, and the circles under eyes caused by fatigue decrease. The only material required for our lesson is your face cream suitable for your skin -if you like, you do not have to-, which we will use at the end of the session. See you in our lesson! :)
