This powerful relaxation and guided meditation technique, which takes you into a state of wakefulness, where you consciously rest. It is much more than meditation. In the practice we reach a maximum level of relaxation between wakefulness and sleep: you are not asleep but you are not awake either, reaching the deepest levels of your subconscious.
