The mother of all abilities and specific basics of the humans is more than clear that it is THE STRENGTH. Without strength there is no stability, there is no mobility, there is no movement, there is no breathing... THERE IS NO LIFE If we had to choose only one thing to train in a sedentary person, it should always be: STRENGTH In obesity, diabetes, rehabilitation after injuries, health in general, 3rd age....and a long etcetera, the answer is always the same: STRENGTH So if you want to improve your health, and you must prioritize due to lack of time and/or desire... train strength. EYE! Man does not live by strength alone...breathing is just as or more important (depending on the case) and other physical abilities are key to our health. Of course, what never fails, and what gives us the most benefits, is still strength, not a single comma changes there...
