There are several ways of meditating and letting problems go. One of my favorites is writing, let the free flow of thoughts in your brain find ground on paper. The maze of uncontrolled thoughts becomes concrete once we place it on paper, once we see it and we realize that in all that mess there's a pattern that always controls us when we are happy, angry, sad. Writing and meditation can help us understand us better.
