I am waiting for those who want to strengthen their abdominal muscles by devoting only 20 minutes to this class that I have prepared for the intermediate level. I recommend that you do not attend the class with a very full stomach. Mat and sweat towel will be enough for the exercises I prepared for this class. If you would like to add resistance to the exercises, you could use dumbbells or a water bottle. :) If you have a problem with your spine (neck, back, waist), please let me know at the beginning of the class.
